Yep - she places left hand on forehead of child, gently pushes head back, and quickly shoves the food in. :)
I do give her credit for not doing the mouth motions. Tim can't feed the boys without opening his mouth and it drives her insane.

Food update:
The boys are now eating rice cereal, oatmeal, and carrots. The oxi-clean company is going to love me! Carrots are nasty!
